M2L Società Cooperativa managed the lighting design and setup for The Beauty of Imaging exhibition held in Milan, the capital of Lombardy, from 27 May to 2 July 2017 at the Triennale di Milano. Inspired by the union of art and science, the exhibition celebrated the “internal” beauty of the human body as captured by the Bracco Group, a world leader in contrast media for diagnostic imaging. The event marked the company’s 90th anniversary. The exhibition was rich in information regarding scientific innovations and important figures, taking visitors on a journey through important historical and recent discoveries using various visual elements. There was a particular focus on four diagnostic technologies: x-ray/CT, ultrasound, nuclear magnetic resonance and magnetic resonance imaging.
