THE VENICE WALTZ – TIFFANY/LAMPOON

In September 2017, M2L oversaw the lighting and execution of The Venice Waltz Party at the Benedetto Marcello Conservatory in Venice, using GMA2 LIGHT. Raffaella Banchero, Managing Director of Tiffany & Company for Italy and Spain, and Carlo Mazzoni, founder and creative mind of The Fashionable Lampoon, organised a great show in the halls and courtyards of the Conservatory and Palazzo Pisana, one of the grandest stately palaces in Venice. It was presided over by Giovanni Giol during the 74th Venice Film Festival in 2017. The evening, with its evocative title “The Venice Waltz”, featured numerous exhibitions, including a mobile orchestra with strings, percussion and wind instruments, made up of the Conservatory students led by their director Franco Rossi. Guests at the evening party included Alessandro Preziosi, Princess Luisa Orsini, Nancy Brilli, Claudia di Canossa, Federico Zoppas, Viola and Vera Arrivabene Valenti Gonzaga, Paola and Marco De Benedetti, Italo, Margherita and Tommaso Marzotto, Diamara Parodi Delfino and Francesco Melzi d’Eril.
